MystiQ Time limits collection to information needed to operate, secure, and respond through this website.
Information processed
The public site is readable without an account. Standard server logs may record IP address, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps for security and reliability.
Contact messages
When you use the contact form, MystiQ Time stores the name, optional email address, subject, message, submission time, and browser user-agent you provide. The originating IP address is converted into a one-way hash used for rate limiting and duplicate detection; the plain IP address is not stored in the contact-message database. Messages are available only to authenticated administrators and may be deleted when no longer needed.
Embedded video
YouTube content is loaded only after a visitor activates the video player. YouTube may then process device, account, and usage information under Google’s policies.
Local preferences
The light/dark theme preference is stored in the visitor’s browser using local storage. It is not transmitted to MystiQ Time by that feature.
Analytics and cookies
No advertising or third-party analytics platform is currently configured. This policy and any necessary consent controls will be updated before such services are enabled.
Administration
Administrative sessions use a security cookie required for authenticated content management.
